One of the most charming aspects of some of America’s most renowned older homes is that they have had additions that have added to the character of the original design as well as enhanced the sense of the home’s evolution over time.

Our projects to-date have included converting homes with upper floor masters to main level master suites, and whole-house updates to vintage Tudor-style homes in North Ridge. We have designed and built carriage house that add storage and garage capacity while enhancing outdoor living opportunities and we have performed numerous 3rd floor and basement living expansions.
